RESEARCH

Our research is divided into 3 phases:

  1. Preliminary Research.

  2. Primary Research. 

  3. Secondary Research

The methodologies we implemented were:

  • Survey.

  • Pre-test questionnaire.

  • User Testing.

  • Post-test questionnaire.

DESIGN

We design the prototype using figma. Some of the things we kept in mind were:

  • Seamless user experience.

  • Revamping the exisiting maps design to make it more intutive by matching it to google maps.

  • We closely followed the ASU branded guiedlines.

We have done only an alpha prototype version and want to develop it with full resources and skill set. In the future, we also want to cover areas like, classes, admission, notifications, assignments etc.. Throughout this journey, we have learned many things that would help us not only professionally in the design field but also in other fields.

HEY

We are graduate students at ASU, pursuing our majors in user experience. We, as a team, worked on the ASU chatbot. Our motive behind this project was to help the students with the needed information, like bus routes and navigating to ASU locations. Along with the chatbot, we also improvised the UX of the ASU app, making it more user-friendly.
